As of January 1, 2000, all BAGI builders and remodelers agree to adhere to the Quality Assurance Builder Standards. Detailed in a book format, the Standards provide new homebuyers and remodeling customers a written set of standards addressing prevalent issues that arise during the construction process. Included in the contract between member and their customer, the Standards create a series of performance measurements builders and customers can use to communicate and understand each other’s expectations.
